For nearly 2 decades, Cindy has been Quadriga’s business manager who oversees both the Sacramento and Santa Rosa offices. She plays a pivotal role in maintaining the Quadriga culture. She excels at developing engaging offsite retreats and holiday events, cultivating an atmosphere of unity and camaraderie. Her commitment to boosting office morale through kindness and thoughtful gestures is unwavering.  From financials to IT, her steady support is instrumental in keeping the firm's operations running smoothly. With a remarkable ability to balance the present and the future, she guides the Principals and the team, ensuring a seamless harmony between day-to-day activities and long-term visions.

When she is not at work, you will likely find her traveling to see family, collecting fine wines, practicing yoga, cultivating her garden, kayaking, and embarking on adventures.
